Change AI Consortium prepared this notice on 14 September 2026, revised 16 September 2026. It explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, ask us.

Who we are

Change AI Consortium offers the following service: we help Trust Company leaders define how to use AI to improve their business, then implement compliance, risk controls and value tracking that make it happen. For the personal data described here, the data controller is Manuel Saenz, trading as Change AI Consortium, a registered business name, of The Oaks, La rue d'Aval, St Martin, Jersey JE3 6ER. What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to do the job in front of us.

• Answers you give in this online AI readiness assessment, together with your name and email address if you ask us to send you the result. Why: to produce your assessment, to send it to you, and to follow up if you would like to talk. Lawful basis: your consent, given when you ask us to send the result, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract. The assessment gives you an indication to discuss with us, not a formal finding, and no automated decision is made about you.
• Contact details if you book a session, handled by Calendly, our booking provider, under its own terms.

We do not sell your data. We do not buy lists. We do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.

Where your data lives

Assessment completions and any name and email you give us are held in Supabase, our database provider. Emails we send you go through SMTP2GO, our email provider. Both act as our processor under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Assessment and enquiry data: kept for up to 12 months, then deleted, unless you become a client. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will, unless the law requires us to hold it.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 and, where it applies, the UK GDPR, you can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or hand it to you in a portable form. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@changeaiconsortium.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (jerseyoic.org) or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This page sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking script of any kind. The only data that leaves your browser is what you type into the assessment or the capture form, sent directly to us when you act.
